The core idea
A publication needs to know whether a particular configuration handles its material accurately. A general model label does not explain the vocabulary, source boundaries, or approval rules used in a workflow. Keep those details in an internal experiment record and compare like-for-like tasks.
A workable starting pattern
Build a small evaluation set with straightforward and ambiguous items. Test summaries, topic labels, and uncertainty behavior separately. When a configuration changes, compare the errors before changing the public workflow. Avoid publishing accuracy or speed claims without measurements that describe the actual test conditions.
Two configurations may produce equally readable summaries while differing on quoted claims or publication dates. A review set should expose those differences instead of rewarding only pleasant wording.
