The core idea
A bookmark is a personal or editorial selection, not necessarily a copy of the source. Keep the saved destination and the reason for saving it distinct. Topic, format, and reading status can be separate fields. A short note about the question an item answers often helps more than a dozen loose keywords.
A workable starting pattern
Start with a small set of recurring subjects and review new bookmarks periodically. Merge genuine aliases, retire labels that add no useful distinction, and preserve the source title even when writing your own note. Plan a portable export before the collection becomes dependent on one interface.
A saved guide might have “RSS” as a subject, “tutorial” as a format, and “reference” as a personal purpose. Those fields make the item easier to retrieve than a single broad “useful” tag.
What this page does—and does not—offer
TagsFeed does not save bookmarks or maintain visitor accounts. This page is a planning guide for a collection you manage separately.
