The core idea
A prompt record can contain the intended subject, composition, typography, dimensions, and constraints. The resulting image is a separate asset that may or may not satisfy the brief. Keeping the relationship explicit helps reviewers understand why a variation was approved and avoids losing context when files are renamed.
A workable starting pattern
Version meaningful prompt changes and retain the output selected for publication. Use subject and style labels independently. Check legibility, crop safety, and accurate descriptions on the actual image rather than assuming the written brief guarantees those properties. Keep sensitive or private information out of public prompt archives.
A social card brief might request a short headline and a multicolor border. The asset review still needs to confirm that the headline fits, the contrast is readable, and important text survives the intended crop.
What this page does—and does not—offer
No prompt submission or image-generation interface is available on TagsFeed. This guide explains organization and review of creative records.
