The core idea
A visual collection may need an image’s subject, intended use, source record, and revision history. Those fields answer different questions. Do not infer ownership or permission from an attractive thumbnail. Keep the asset’s documented handling status beside its record, and make descriptive text useful when the image is not visible.
A workable starting pattern
Define a vocabulary for visual subjects and a separate vocabulary for style or format. Store captions, alternative text, and any associated prompt as distinct fields. Review public descriptions for unsupported assumptions about people, locations, or events depicted in an image.
A typography card explaining RSS can be tagged by its subject and its graphic format. Its alternative text should describe the card’s meaningful message rather than repeat every keyword used to discover it.
What this page does—and does not—offer
TagsFeed does not generate images for visitors or operate an image API. The page is a guide to organizing visual content and related publishing records.
