Smooth, silky, creamy and hearty White Chicken & Potatoes curry with Dry wafers(rotti). If you are vegetarian, use hearty veggies and it’s great. Recipe in comments. Don’t be fooled, this curry can be as hot as you’d like. Its perfectly balanced with spice and heat. A dear friend of mine got me rotti(lace like crackers made from boiled rice), from Mangalore and I served the curry with it. It’s family favorite and a recipe that’s in MASALA & MEATBALLS too, just with a slight variation. Serve it with rice, equally amazing!! @foodfashionparty foodfashionparty Asha Shiv

Is thistle roti used in kori roti? I lived in Mangalore for 5 years and there was a popular chicken dish called kori roti- a red spicy curry. Btw, this looks great!
